PointLife
A gamified task app — points, rewards, and families. Idea to stores in under two months, with a healthy dose of AI tooling.
My mobile product playground: serious enough for subscriptions and App Store / Google Play listings, light enough to ship fast and learn in public.
Flutter + Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions, Crashlytics, Messaging). Google/Apple sign-in, in-app purchases, and App Store receipt validation via Cloud Functions.
I also use it as an agents lab: a Mac workflow that, from WhatsApp, generates an image, caption, and publishes to PointLife's Instagram.

PointLife Games
A Flutter casual-games app — Sudoku, Nonogram, and friends — in the PointLife universe.
When “tasks become points” started asking for pure fun, Games showed up: Firebase Auth/Firestore, Riverpod, and go_router.
I prepared store builds (including Google Play Games). It's a side product of the ecosystem — even more experimental than the main app.

PointLife Games Admin
An admin panel to create, validate, and publish levels — then sync them to the app's Firestore.
Without a solid admin, casual games become endless spreadsheets. Laravel + Filament, MySQL, Redis, Firebase PHP SDK, Docker/Sail, and GitHub Actions CI.
The serious side of the fun product: level CRUD, publishing, and sync to mobile.

Meu Bazar
Multi-tenant buy/sell SaaS — each person gets a public bazaar (slug/URL).
A side product that mixes what I enjoy: Laravel API + React 19 SPA with Vite and Tailwind, MySQL, and Docker.
The idea is simple: run an online bazaar without carrying a giant marketplace on your back. Still evolving, with frequent deploys.

A product for teaching materials: Laravel admin (categories, files, banners, sales) and a purchase flow with protected downloads.
Mercado Pago checkout and production-minded deploy setup.

Personal Manager
A local app for personal projects — machine dashboard, per-repo health, and server access in one place.
Electron + React on the Mac: live CPU, memory, disk, and network, next to the projects that live on disk.
Per project, checks for GitHub, local environment, production, and crons, plus SSH, FTP, cPanel, and integrations (Cloudflare, Firebase, AWS, and AI).

On-demand work — sites, admin panels, and lean systems that don't become my own products.
Short engagements and small side builds: what the client needs, on time, without overengineering.
Examples in the mix: restaurant table reservations, insurance management (clients, policies, commissions), and a cardiology clinic website — among others that aren't listed one by one.
